Uninstalling PROKON

To remove PROKON from a PC or network, follow the steps below:

If you are using a local license, first deactivate your PROKON license. Failure to deactivate your license before uninstalling PROKON may result in your license being destroyed.

Note: If you are using License Manager, then the deactivation step is not needed. Instead, you can simply log out of License Manager.

Seated at the PC where PROKON is installed (or at the server in the case of a network installation), open the Windows Control Panel.
Choose Uninstall or Change a Program (Add/Remove Programs in some versions of Windows).
Select PROKON from the list and follow the steps to uninstall.

As a safeguard, PROKON data is not erased during the uninstall procedure. If you wish to remove PROKON data as well, then manually delete the folder where PROKON was installer; by default this is 'C:\Prokon'.

Note: Before uninstalling , please deactivate the software first.
